Sounds funny, but I wouldn't want to change any warnings that were really needed for public safety. Redundant ones only.

well, i mean, zombies ahead are a legitimate concern. i would want a warning before driving into a pack of those blood thirsty miscreants!
Just wear a reflective vest and an orange shirt, you'll look like your just doing your job.
haha "ROAD ENDS IN 500ft" or "WRONG WAY" might be funny
since most of us right now using the GPS ... sign stated "You have reached our destination or Recalculating" would do the job i guess..haha
